Please make the BMI COMMITMENT before starting the challenge

This challenge is simple! All you have to do is make the BMI COMMITMENT below and commit to 5 out of the 11 BMI Challenge activities. Remember that the attempt matters the most and every step counts. These activities are meant to get you headed in the right direction toward optimal health. Make sure to also get a friend or group of friends to do this with you.


-Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily
-Do Cardio for 30 minutes most days of the week. Aim for 150 mins
-Do 15-30 minutes of strength training at least 3 times per week
-Eat at least 3 servings of vegetables per day
-Eat at least 2 servings of fruits per day
-Dramatically decrease or eliminate processed refined sugar
-Decrease or eliminate carbonated beverages
-Learn to meditate at least 3 days per week for at least 2 minutes
-Recite positive affirmations at least 3 days per week
-Decrease screen time by 25%
-Do a stretching regimen at least 3 days per week
